such as diet, exercise, mindfulness, relaxation, creative visualization

five seasons. This is a series of ten sessions, spaced in concert with
the five seasons (two in each of the seasons) to help bring about
effective change within your life. Prevention is the focus with its two
aspects, avoidance and positive action, providing the lens to see and
create changes necessary for a balanced lifestyle. Shamanic Journeying with Plant SpiritsThrough the format of three
classes come learn the basics of shamanism, establish relationships with
one or more of your spirit guides, meet plant spirits and create a
self-healing plant tincture that will serve you in your healing journey
in life. Session I- Introduction to
Shamanic Journeying. Session II- Shamanic
Journeying with Plant Spirits. Come explore your relationships and
attractions to plants/flowers in the natural world and in the spirit
world. During this session you will also gather the plant root, leaf or
flowers necessary to create your own tincture. Session III- Creation of your
own self-healing Plant Tincture. |
