Standard Payment Schedule

Acupuncture:

• Initial Treatment with Acupuncture and/or Asian Massage.............$150
  ( 2-hour session- 1/2 health history, 1/2 treatment)
  

• Treatment with Acupuncture and/or Asian Massage........................$80
  (1-hour session)
  

• Treatment with Acupuncture and Asian Massage..........................$110
  (1.5-hour session)

• Child (12 or under, 30-45 minutes).................................................$60
  Note: Incorporated into the Asian Massage sessions, when diagnostically relevant, is the Maya Abdominal Massage.

Payment Philosophy

I accept whatever a client is willing and able to pay me. I have created the Standard Payment Schedule above so you understand the monetary value I place on these services.  There is an energetic exchange that occurs between a client and healer when payment is made in exchange for services rendered.  Many many healers, from all over the world, speak of the importance of the exchange or trade between the service offered and the monetary payment made in exchange. It is in fact most important to the client. The full benefit of the treatment may not be fully manifested without the client offering what they can give to the healing practitioner and therefore, to their own healing process. Bringing in a third party direct to practitioner payer like an insurance company, MCO or HMO and having them serve as an intermediary interferes in this process. Their primary obligation is to their shareholders and their claims to represent either client or practitioner ring to me as false and undermining of the goals of true healing.

To that end, I will provide statements and any other reasonable documentation to help you receive payment from an insurer, but I will not accept payment directly from a third-party insurer.
